Search engines optimization is a very important part to get more traffic to your site. Search engines optimization is often called SEO. SEO is the way to get your site listed in the search engines and this is a very effective way to get traffic very fast for your site.

SEO can get your site listed but if you can't get your site listed in the first page of the search engines, your site will not get a lot of traffic. The first step to SEO is to submit your site to major search engines.

How to increase StumbleUpon traffic?

The amount of traffic I receive daily is around 50 to 60 and I hope it will continue to improve. Thus, I tried a social bookmarking site that is very popular. It is called StumbleUpon.

What is StumbleUpon?
StumbleUpon is a social bookmarking websites like Digg and Del.ico.us. Digg and Del.icio.us are an excellent method of gaining large quantities of traffic in a short space of time. The concept used by StumbleUpon is different fromDigg and Del.icio.us. StumbleUpon has over a million users from around the world. Using StumbleUpon help me drive consistent traffic everyday whereas sites like Digg, I can get a lot of traffic if the stories submitted become the top or promoted stories at the frontpage of Digg.

How does StumbleUpon work?
StumbleUpon works by downloading a toolbar which allows you to rate a website as thumbs up or down. By clicking Stumble!, the toolbar will automatically show a website according to your preferences.

In order to receive traffic from StumbleUpon, you need to submit at least 1 of your webpages. You can it by clicking the "I like it!" button in the toolbar and add your webapge to StumbleUpon.

  Try to search for websites that have similar topics like your website and rate them. Then, leave comments or message to the users you have rated. This way other users might give your site athumbs up! too.

  Choose your titles and topics properly and this is important to help others find your URL. This will lead to more traffic.

My Earnings Report

My AdSense Earnings are getting on the right track. I started using AdSense on my blog 2 years ago. At first, I hardly made even a cents from Google AdSense per day. It was a hard start.

After trying very hard for 2 years, reading for others experience and testing AdSense on my blog for the best effect, now I finally can enjoy steady revenue everyday from Google AdSense. I finally get the best AdSense optimization on my blog, and it makes all the difference.

The Journey in AdSense For 2 Years:
1 st year :I made my first $100.00.
2nd year :This is a start of 2nd year, I make more than $150.00 in 2 months time.

The 2nd year is a great start for me. The AdSense earnings is more than my total earnings in 1st year and it is accumulated in 2 months time. I'm very happy with it.

Below is a simple report of my AdSense earnings:
Highest Earning Per Day: $11.19
Average Earning Per Day: $3.00

The total earnings I make from Google AdSense: Around $250.00.

I hope I can reach $300.00 soon.

Why I work so hard to earn from Google AdSense?
The reason I work so hard to earn from Google AdSense is because I want to make more money from my blog and use the money to pay for my internet bills.

Another reason is that, I want to buy new mobile phone for myself. I aim to get Nokia N95. Since my total earnings still not anyway near to N95 in the moment, I will work even harder and earn more from Google AdSense and get Nokia N95 soon.

What is Do It Yourself Advertisements (DIYA)? This is a simple name I give to my simple advertising method that I use for my blog.Do It Yourself Advertisements is very simple. Do you have a car? Or Do you have name cards?

1) Your Car as the Advertising Media:
If you have a car, then you can use them to the fullest. Just add your blog's URL with some simple descriptions and display it on your car. You do not need to spay the words, use stickers. So, next time when you are stuck in traffic jam, tell yourself,

"Be happy!!! I'm promoting my blog all the drivers around me!".

Make it simple. People might be able to notice it and pay a visit to your blog.

2) Your Name cards:
Put your blog's URL and short descriptions in your name cards. So, when you exchange name cards with others, they will notice that you have a blog. You can get some traffic too.
